Juventus confirmed that the striker has now overcome the coronavirus and will be able to come out of isolation. He tested negative in a new test.

Good news for Juventus and Serie A: Paulo Dybala is now cured. The Argentine forward tested negative in the COIVD-19 test after a double check, and it was the player himself who announced it on his Instagram account.

Thus the player will no longer have to be quarantined and is ready to return, so he will be able to attend Juventus’ facilities to train alongside his teammates, who started to do so on Monday.

“Paulo Dybala performed, as per protocol, a double-check with diagnostic tests (swabs) for Coronavirus-COVID 19, which came back with negative results. The player has, therefore, recovered and will no longer be subjected to the home isolation regime”, Juve announced.

The Argentine was one of those infected alongside his girlfriend, Oriana Sabatini, something that was made known on 26th March. Dybala, who didn’t suffer severe symptoms, was happy on Instagram for overcoming the virus one month and a half later.

My image says it all, finally cured of COIVD-19“, Dybala wrote, who has been in strict confinement for weeks.
